LOL, the Tassimo is addicting isn't it ; ) I had friends over last night and made SBux's caps and lattes. What a fun evening we had, but ohhhhhhhhhh myyyyyyyyyyy, I haven't slept a wink, still on a caffiene high. I have a whole cart dedicated to my at home Tassimo ; )

I got addicted to Tassimo. Already spent more than $100 online and local shops within a month. Just spent $58.00 at Tassimo direct today to prepare up coming holiday seasons.

UPS delivered my T65 this afternoon from amazon. I can't wait to taste T disc coffee. However, I keep my fingers crossed to expect the T disc to arrive my door step in 2 weeks which I ordered the same day with the T65.

Don't buy it from Tassimo direct and it takes 2 weeks to deliver an "accurate" item to you. Driving to BBB with a coupon is cheaper and lot faster than " 2 weeks".

what does a person have to do to get a piercing unit? Give you my first born???? My machine is useless without it. I have been waiting since August.

Well, I am starting to get the feeling that perhaps it's not so much that shipping is unreliable, than it's simply slower than what people prefer. Just from what I'm reading here, it is taking customers two weeks to receive their products, and Tassimo says it takes two weeks - so that is accurate.
I understand we are all used to being able to get products much faster from elsewhere, but at Tassimo is doing what they say and getting it to you all in two weeks - so that to me is reliable and accurate shipping.
Just my opinion.

I placed my first order 2 days ago and I am still waiting for the confirmation. I called within 24 hours and I was told that I have to wait for 24 to 48 hours to get the confirmation. I called yesterday again to speak with one of the customer service girl and let her know that if I don't receive the confirmation yesterday afternoon, it will take more than 48 hours. She told me nothing she can do. She told me it takes 2 week to receive my order. I asked why take so long. Does it ship from Germany? She said no and it is from Pennsylvania. It takes 2 week to ship from Pennsylvania to San Francisco?????? Super slow shipping and real bad customer service. I am so glad that I didn't buy the Tassimo coffer maker at Tassimo direct. I purchased from Amazon and I will get it next Tuesday. I won't deal with Tassimo direct again. Tassimo has the most variety available but Tassimo must improve the service to get more customer.

I'm a long time customer and I have complained numerous times to customer service regarding the unpredictable process they have for online shipments. I just got an email saying that my monthly order was shipped on 10-11-10, from Arizona, via UPS with a tracking number. Let's see how long it takes to get to me in Pennsylvania where Kraft manufactures the Tassimo products originally.

I recently restarted my subscription service and would say that two weeks was what it took from the first "welcome"email to delivery. One thing that helped me was to read a post in one of the forums that said Tassimo only ships on Fridays. With that in mind, I was able to guess when my shipment would arrive since no tracking number was provided. I think (hope), that after the initial startup, it will become more predictable. For my first shipment, I stocked up and then chose the number of weeks for my next shipment. Hope this helps!

I believe two weeks for shipping is the entire process... from getting the order together to it actually shipping it with the carrier and getting it to your door.
Can anyone who has placed an order and received it recently confirm this?

Welll CS contacted me and sent me a tracking number reminding me that I need to allow TWO WEEKS for shipping. The kicker is that the tracking number shows that it has not even left the building yet. 10/8 - 10/14 and it has not even left yet!

I am so disappointed in the subscription service. The shipping is NOT predictable therefore leaving me at times with no coffee for days. There are other times when I receive a shipment and then another one just a week later. It is ridiculous. I signed up for the service so that I could get coffee delivered regulalry. I have called CS and they have not been of any help to me. I do expect effecient tracking info online and my order to be shipped when I have set it up to happen. According to my subscription i had it set it for 10/8. It is now 10/14 and no tracking info has shown up in my account and no coffee has been delivered. SO UPSETTING....

I have to say that Customer Service has been wonderful. The shipping IS slow & I have gotten two other orders from other sites already that I ordered days after this site (still no shipment from Tassimo) but the CS has been unbeatable. I called this morning & they were able to give me a tracking number right away for UPS & I am now able to track my package. It still looks like it might be a few days before I get it (maybe even next week) but I strongly suggest to anyone to call CS w/ problems. They have been so helpful. I am hoping that future shipments will be here a little more quickly but regardless, the CS makes up for the delay so far.
