I agree with Hector, first try descaling and giving a good clean to the piercing unit. The piercing units may also need replacing after a time, but try all the simple things first.

I have had my Tassimo for 2 years now and it is terrific. Just recently it began making smaller cups of coffee. Can anyone tell me why or what I can do to fix it?

I order my coffee from Amazon and have never had an issue with it. I highly recommend it.

Fed-up with Tassimo Service!
Every time I order Coffee it takes 3 phone calls to get them to ship it out!
Also being on hold for 15 mins, minimum and having the rude service people hang up on me!
When I finally get thru to a supervisor like just happen he swore to me my ordered had been shipped!
Here is my last and final order! This time I was not going to wait!
1: Ordered on 4-15-10 with Carlo $62.92 Coffee
2: No E-mail
3: On 4-20-10 called them to be on hold for 15 mins
Only after Kristen picked me up I asked to speak with a supervisor
On hold for 10 mins only to be hung-up on!
4: Called back 04/21/2010 (10:00am) spoke with a rep asked for a supervisor!

Supervisor Jin: Assured me my coffee was shipped a week prior!

I told him my Credit card was billed & did not believe him!

5: On 4-23-10 on got my coffee from UPS showing me that it was shipped on 4-21-10 @ 3:48 pm!

Why do I need to make 3-4 phone calls each time!

6: Last time it took 5 weeks 4 calls!

7: The time before it to 2 mo’s 7 calls!
