Yeah...there are some good deals from third party sellers on Amazon.com, but there are also some atrocious rip-offs. (I've seen double or triple FULL RETAIL.)

ALWAYS do that when you buy anything from Amazon.com. Not only could there be any number of problems with their third-party vendors, but the price is usually much greater, sometimes significantly greater than regular retail. I order a lot from Amazon.com and I love them, but buyer beware--do your homework.

That they do... but make sure you read who is processing the order. Sometimes it's not amazon.com, but another company, especially if Amazon is out of a product. Next to the product picture is a line "Ships from and sold by"... check that and if it's another company, click their link and check out reviews to make sure that they have a lot of positive reviews so you don't run into any shipping or customer service problems.

That's excellent news and I'm so glad you are happy with your Tassimo! I'm sort of considering taking advantage of the Valentine's Special to get a shiny, new machine!

That's kind of funny, because Gevalia is part of the same Kraft division as is Tassimo. As far as I know, many of the warehouses are the same, and I think their call centers are in the same place (with different teams dedicated to the different orders).

Don't forget to try Gevalia as well. I was able to buy Mastro Lorenzo Espresso from them when nobody else had it.

I bought my Tassimo machine online at Amazon.com the first week of December 2009. All through December, I had a problem ordering T-disks online through Tassimo.com. They eventually came; however, I had to place a couple of the orders through the 800 number.
Now, all of that has changed. The Tassimo website has worked great for orders all through January 2010 (I have placed 6 orders so far), and the selection of T-disks is the widest of all the alternatives. Yes, the orders take about two weeks. I am very happy to have purchased this machine.
I like Starbuck's house blend, breakfast blend, primo latte and primo cappucino, and I love Twinnings black tea and chai (I add a latte or cappucino creamer to the chai). My husband and I both love the Milko hot chocolate.

I think that ordering coffee online is convenient and easy. Having my orders auto-shipped straight to my home is the best. So far, I haven't had any problems with orders of T-Discs from TASSIMO online.

Don't be nervous. As I mentioned in another thread, talk to store management about stocking your favorite flavors, otherwise you can easily order them online for excellent prices with very reasonable shipping.

I just got my Tassimo this week at Bed, Bath and Beyond. So far I've made a hot chocolate, Cappuccino, and coffee with excellent results. I have the T-65. I want to make tea and am disappointed to discover I can't find any in my area which is West Palm Beach...a pretty big city. I found Chai Tea, but I don't like that flavor. I just want regular hot tea. I ordered online today. Do I really have to wait 2 weeks? Also, I get a little nervous when I see the ratio of Keurig pods to Tassimo disks at stores about 10-1, 10 K's to 1 TAS. I chose the Tassimo because I like you can make Starbucks, cappuccinos. The TAS 65 is very attractive on the counter and takes up less space.

Some people also get them from Amazon.com. I also get them from Bed Bath and Beyond (so far they have the most selection in my area) and also Target. Some Walmart have some but the selection is very limited.

I just recieved the Bosch machine and I love it! Any suggestions on where to get the discs other than Tassimo? I live in the boonies, with Wal-mart and HEB the only places to shop and so far neither have any discs to purchase. Any less expensive sites on line?

I bought my machine the first week of December, and then ordered coffee the next week. After my first online order, I could no longer complete an order. The web site will not let me proceed to the shipment or payment sections. However, my first order came promptly--sooner than two weeks. My credit card was not charged until shortly before the order arrived. My next two orders could not be completed online; I had to call the tollfree number and talk to a representative. Those two orders also came promptly, and I was pleased. Now, I would love it if the web site could be fixed so that I might order without calling.
