Just be patient - I know it's hard since you've been waiting for so long already. But, the forums are the community for members, not an extension of the Customer Service department, so it can take us a little bit of time to get the information requested.

I spoke with to may people already and get a different story each time. I replied to your message and as of right now I still haven't received the seperate $29 coffee order I placed the same day as my coffee maker. It has also been removed from the website so I can't even look there to see what the shipping status is.

I've been ordering from this website for 3 years and I have never had a problem. When I had to call customer service (rarely) they have been helpful

You have got to be totally frustrated. And you are absolutely right in feeling so. There's a wonderful reassurance in getting an email for order confirmation and subsequent ones letting customers know the status of their order -- from processing to shipping including tracking numbers. That's the way all of the online businesses I've used deal with orders. Your order may still turn out alright, but the not knowing in the interim should not happen as well. Its just not good business sense. Its been said a new purchasing website, cart, etc should be implemented since I've been on this board so customers can be made aware something is out of stock, and have the choice to remove that item and receive the rest of the order. Those changes should be viewable online with corrected orders so the page can be printed out for our own records. That's customer respect and good business sense ; ) Again, to know what the status of their order is. One thing, I want you to be aware of is, this is not Bosch's fault. Bosch made the machine and did a great job, but the Tassimo direct is not Bosch. I really believe the Direct is Gevalia. However, this does reflect on Bosch and I really think if enough people contacted Bosch maybe some changes would happen. Bosch has always maintained a reputation for quality. Hopefully, your order will come through intact.

This has now gotten to the point where I feel I may not ever see an order and just got scammed out of my money.

I emailed Tassimo Friday last week and the told me the order was on hold because of a backorder. I called them later that day and they tell me the item was shipped and I will receive a tracking numbers shortly.
I wait till today, Tuesday, and send another email requesting the tracking number. They reply and tell me again that the item hasn't shipped for the same reason they told me last week. I highly recommend and warn everyone to not order from this company and if you have to have their product to buy it from a physical store. I would also get whatever little extended warranty the store has because if this company can't even handle a customers original order how do you think they will handle a return or warranty issue when the bill is on them.

In short...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Agree with you- this is not the 80's anymore and you should be able to at least pull up your previous orders online- not with TASSIMO. I have given it my best shot, but will order from AMAZON from now on!

Hello everyone. I just ordered my Coffee maker and several different T-disc packs but considering the image that Tassimo portrays, their customer service department is horrible. I immagine when you call Tassimo CS your getting some guy in his living room in Pakistan.

I called them because I wanted to add something to the order I had just placed 2 minutes prior. They can't do that.

Later I get an email with the order so I try accessing their website so I can look up my order and the site tells you that in order to set up a customer account I have to put in the account number.
Right next to that it says once you sign up you will get an account number?

After the next day I still hadn't got any shipping information so I emailed customer service for a date it would be shipped. They reply and tell me some items were on back order and the entire order will ship when they come in.

OK, is it to much to ask to tell me what items are back ordered so I can decide whether I want to wait or cancel the order?

Maybe I'm being picky but this isn't the 80's anymore. Online ordering is pretty much a science and just about everywhere I order from lets you see your order. They also don't charge you till your item ships>

They seriously need to get their customer service fixed .

Hopefully I'll have a good experience once I receive my order.
