The Carte Noire Kenya is just as good as the Verona. One of my favorite T-Discs at the moment. Yummy!
CN Kenya may have different characteristics, but as far as quality it is if not superior at least equal to the SBux.
I also know that the CN Voluptuoso is great but have not have the opportunity to try yet but next on my list.

The Carte Noir is no comparison. Seattles Best was good, they're gone, now Starbucks. I'm with you!

SBux is still pretty available at many BBBs and Amazon as well as other sites.
But we shall miss you!

I'm not married to the Starbucks discs and thought the SBC tasted like mud but it is disappointing the lack of brand support Tassimo has in the U.S. I sincerely like the Gevalia Signature and Morning Roasts and also have a couple BB&Beyond's near me with a decent selection available on the shelves so there too I can't complain too much.
The real disappointment is that the Tassimo/Bosch is the far superior machine but they're getting trounced with lack of shelf space for discs. I would use the Direct Delivery more often but even there they have stocking issues and terrible communication for status. I really hope it's all fixed before they go the way of the dinosaurs and I'm forced over to the 'other guys'.

Hey now, that's a concept - mac & cheese by via direct delivery. Buy $50 of mac & cheese and get free shipping!
What a concept!! Next thing, they're gonna want to do that with sliced cheese!!! W W
Why can't I simply go to the supermarket and buy some coffee? Keurig can do it, why not Kraft???? Is it such a terribly hard thing to do??

If you are fortunate enough to get a bot that doesn't have or develop any mechanical problems, don't like to shop at supermarkets anyway, and like MH and Gevalia, you probably won't have any problems with direct delivery, will never have to contact customer service, and you can sip in the blissful land of Tassimo.
Most of the messages that have been posted over the years I have been here aren't playing that song.
I am glad Diann is loving her service, and I truly it hope that continues for her. I, too, love my bot, but I order what I can drink of what's left from Amazon and say a prayer that my bots don't break down.

Diane, I see you are fairly new to the forum which has been up for a number of years now. Actually, it changed over to a newer format about a year ago, but years old posts are here. Many of us who have been here beginning with the older model Braun, can attest to coffees and other drinks appearing then disappearing, never to be seen again. It gets frustrating when you really like certain drinks to no longer being able to purchase them. I'm not talking just SBuxs, but Yuban, Jacobs Monarch, and a host of other drinks, including Green Tea that are no longer obtainable. Tassimo asks us what we would like to see next, and there is no follow through, and a lot of times no answers. This is not the fault of the Hosts. They host live world sites, such as this, and they are paid for doing a job that has to be just as frustrating for them as it is for us. I don't think they get any concrete answers any more than we have. You've missed a lot of years of frustration, great members with equally great suggestions, and free advice have been here and left. Fischer gave a real good analogy, and I have to chuckle cuz its right on.

If I wanted to go the mail-order for coffee route, I would have bought a Lavazza.

Sorry, DiannR, but "direct delivery" is a dinosaur way of doing business. A household name like Kraft needs to put their product in the stores for customer convenience who might not have the storage space for $50 worth of coffee every month or whatever the amount is needed to get free shipping.
Nobody bought their machine to do a mail order for a household staple like coffee. Can you imagine doing "direct delivery" for Kraft mac and cheese?
Keurig has no problems stocking the stores with their K-cups. Kraft insists on an ancient and inconvenient way of doing business with this online ordering for a grocery item.
Whether you like Starbucks or not, it is known and enjoyed as a premium coffee, Kraft had even recognized it as such 3 years ago when they signed them on. With the loss of Seattle's Best and Starbucks (a big business failure by Kraft), that leaves only the obscure Gevalia brand and Maxwell House as the only U.S. brands out there. Kraft actually refuses to stock the stores with their European offerings that are available online.
DiannR, you are cheering on a failing business concept and you fail to see how this will cause Tassimo to go further into oblivion as new users of single serve will turn to Keurig/K-cup compatible brewers and others will give up their Tassimo due to the loss of their favorite coffees and unavailability of others in stores and buy a Keurig as we've seen and read here on this website.
Even the best of machines is not impervious to a marketing failure. On this course, I give them two more years at most.

What is up with all this crying! There are plenty of different types of coffee to choice from. Have them shipped to your house using direct delivery. Skip the stores! Besides, Starbucks coffee is like drinking battery acid. Coffee should be smooth and full bodied. It should not strip the paint off your Buick. I say good riddance to Starbucks!

AMEN!!! The only reason I bought TASSIMO was because it was the only machine that had STARBUCKS T-DISC's! Now it's Pointless. The machine is worthless. Until supplies run out, Gevalia, MaxHou., and all others are NOT MY TASTE!!!! MY household drinks STARBUCKS ONLY!!!!!!!! It just tastes better!

This is a case like the Betamax vs VHS. A better product dies because of trying to be too exclusive. Tassimo is a far better system, but who cares if you can't drink better coffee. I would even be ok without Starbucks if we could get all the brands that Europe gets here. But with Gevalia and MH being pretty much it in actual stores, then we are left with no options. I can only hope that Keurig develops a fuller pressurized system for their cups. Because this customer will be leaving soon unless Kraft makes a MAJOR shift to fill shelves with more coffee.
