YOU keep putting my shipping date back ! should have had my coffee in jan. was told that you MIGHT have my order some time in feb. YOU should send your customers an e-mail to let them know whats going on. been a customer for 3 years, BUT, if service don't pick back up, WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER COFFEE SERVICE!!

If you are refering to Starbucks, you can still buy it at least to the end of this month. BBB and Walmart also are good stores to find Sbux. This is a good offer that was still good on this site as of 10 days ago:

Well, then why does the TD web site permit people to use their e-mail addresses as their displayed names? In fact there have been several occasions where people have asked how they could get that cleared up. After all, anyone could simply copy an e-mail address then paste it into their e-mail application such as Outlook or Evolution (for you Linux fans).
Surly TD award winning Customer Service help to correct this problem.

The forum guidelines are against members sharing personal information like email addresses.

Welcome! The website is funky at times; I had isssues registering my first Tassimo, but the 2nd one was a snap. It seems that it gets a cold with all the storms.
Not sure about your question about sharing your email. I don't see it as a setting you can change.

Got my machine back in January (T20) been running great making 4 or more coffee's a day. Got it mainly for a fast cup of joe (maxwell) before early work unloading the 18 wheeler at work.
As for TassimoDirect website, not so great, I registered and got my 2 free packages but, I couldn't access my account and when I tried to recover password I couldn't saying "invalid e-mail" meh, not that big of a deal, just never had that problem on any other website in my whole life.
And if anyone doesn't mind me asking on preferences on here, how can i share my e-mail? it says (0) and it does not allow me to put e-mail address in.

Welcome, but I'm afraid that your love affair with Tassimo with Starbucks may be short lived. I too bought my Tassimo to be able to brew SBux. However Kraft & Sbux is getting a divorce. Who knows just what will happen to SBxux discs once the divorce is finalized.

I can feel your pain. I saw that SBux logo and a host of European coffee. And now I'm here in the land of Tassimo Direct. I can't believe that I spent my hard earned money on a fantastic brewer only to find that soon the limited variety of coffee with be even more limited.

Are you telling me my new T20 is soon to be obsolete for lack of decent T-Discs? Say it ain't so! I purposely avoided Keurig because of their serious reliability issues. I have played with display models, and the only one that doesn't feel like cheap junk is their top-of-the-line $170 model.
