Tassimo Customer Service can help you with any ordering issue. Give us a call at 1-877-TDISC1.

In another thread, a member posted that they used IE and when they used compatibility view it resolved the issue. You might give that a try as well if you use a PC.

hey i had that same prob. i tried ordering but, whenever it came time to place the order it wouldn't let me.

For Mac users, I did have some issues with Tassimo site with Safari, but I also had issues on other sites with Safari (especially on ordering pages). I switched to Firefox and have not had any of the same issues.

Thanks for the suggestion. I normally use Firefox, but somethings do work better in IE.

I did finally get my first subscription order through. I set my IE tools to Compatiblity View. It worked better. I am using IE 8. My order came in 5 days.

I got my order placed but now I can't get it shipped. Have been getting the runaround from Customer Service. Seems my "free" items are out of stock . . . they REFUSE to delete them and ship my order even though I told them I don't want their free stuff. I found that Amazon.com had many vendors willing to sell and ship to me. Many have free shipping and the prices are good. Dealing with Amazon.com has certainly been much more pleasant than dealing with Tassimo.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to place an order.

My attempt today was met with the coffee/tea categories being messed up. Under the "View Our Coffee Selections" it only has Starbucks coffees. Under the "Specialty Drink Selections" it has only Starbucks Cappaccino selections and under "Tea Selections" it has everything else.

I have NOTHING in my cart, but when I tried to add the Swiss Hazelnut coffee from the "Tea" selections, it pops up an error saying "Please note the quantity you have selected exceeds the maximum limit (8). Please modify or remove any of the existing TDISCS." I am only trying to add 1 package of TDiscs. This is getting a bit ridiculous. I'm half tempted to return this coffee maker and go with the Keurig model sold alongside it, at least then I'll be able to buy coffee with no problems.

ETA: I just tried to place the order in "compatibility view" and it will only allow me to add Starbucks coffees, nothing else. If I try to add any non-Starbucks products I get the error I mentioned earlier.

I had the sam prob with my first order & in my toolbar under tools was a compatability view that I tried & for some reason it worked. I'm using IE 7 I think. Try it, what have you got to loose.;)

Thanks for replying. I get no error message--it just hangs and goes no place. I enter my delivery address and when I click the next "Payment" button, it just stops.
As to my browser, I mostly use IE, but I downloaded Google Chrome and tried it, and it seems to be doing about the same thing.
I really hate using the phone to place an order, because I have nothing to prove I have made an order. If there is a problem, I could be waiting forever. I have just gotten so darned used to the computer and all it's backups.
I did make an order right after christmas and it went through and i got that order. I also got delivery on a sample from your folks of about 6 or so singles of coffees, so at one time it was working for me.

I'll escalate to the techs. Do you get error messages, or does it just hang? What browser are you using?

In the meantime, have you tried calling customer service for your order? The number is 1-877-TDISCS1 (1-877-834-7271).
