Wow! after reading thru many people's disappointment with the Tassimo C.S. dept. I am somewhat in agreement. i have been a Tassimo auto ship member for many, many years and have on the whole received my shipments on time. There have been a few problems with the billing but it all got resolved after some time and effort. I do feel the product is very good and I love expresso. My friends have gone to Keurig machines, but I am not about the abandon my Tassimo for that.
The C.S. dept. does need some work especially on their dealing with the public. i have talked about 10 people into buying this machine and so far they all love it. i always am talking to people about it and feel I am an unpaid ambassor of the Tassimo products.
It is true that BBY does have most of the Tassimo products and I am now seeing them in some grocery stores also. i am sorry to see that Starbucks is no longer a part of them as this was a very fine expresso and coffee drink.

Actually, don't give up just yet. You can order coffees from Amazon. Quick shipping, and often times free. There are a few coffees that are quite good, besides the proverbial unliked by me, MH and G. I recently pre-ordered Carte Noir and Mastro Lorenzo Expresso(s), and according to tracking the package is almost here. Well ahead of the estimated pre-order date of 3/15. However, it can not be understated to say convenience would be true if more choices were more available in local stores. Hopefully, Kraft will work on that

A friend of mine gave me the machine, new in box. So I decided to order some coffee online. After I picked out what I wanted, I clicked the 'Place Order' Button and it never went anywhere. I clicked it a few times and the same thing happened. So I called customer service and she said, "Rest Assured" (about a million times) that only one order a day will go through and to check back in 24 hours because that's how long it takes to get into the system. I'm glad I read this thread because I'm hoping the order didn't go through and I will just go back to using my Keurig! Maybe I can sell the maching on Craigs List and buy some Keurig coffee!!

I totaly agree! From several occasions of calling Tassimo customer service, I can only say that their staff has no hesitation lying in your face ! This is the worst service I have ever experienced over the last decade ! No response to repeated emails, false promises of shipments on the phone, no update of orders even after 1 week when items are backordered ! Tassimo customer service policy seems to be 'leave customers hanging in the dark'
I'm using up my stock in disks, then switch to nespresso. 3 days max delivery ! And NO FALSE EXCUSES

customer service is non-existent ... they've hired people to answer the phone and say I'm sorry a hundred times with no resolution.

RUN to Bed Bath and Beyond. They ship for free for online orders AND they carry the Starbucks packages for $2 less than this outfit. I haven't received an order since the first part of January (it's Feb. 24th) - all because the cleaning disc that I added to my latest order wasn't in stock. I received lots of apologies from the poor little guy who answered the customer service (ha) line - waited for 30 minutes to talk to an "executive director" who never answered. Finally just canceled my subscription and I'm off to the mall. By the way - JC Penney & Dillards carry this as well (here in TX) but the online Bed Bath and Beyond ordering is the best for those not close to a mall.
This is so bad that I'm ready to call the BBB. You just don't mess with someone's coffee. SEE graymonical@hotmail.com -- post before mine -- my story is identical! Don't understand how they've been in business for as long as they have.

Initially I thought about auto shipments but I didn't trust them. Now I see that my concerns were justified, there are just too many complaints like this.

I don't understand what the problem is here. I like the Tassimo machine itself but I made the wrong choice. I should have gone Keurig. This is a total headache, not only are the T-discs not available anywhere, but the shipping at this website is atrocious. I ordered some coffee 2 weeks ago, and the UPS website still hasn't received the package. When I call up, all I can talk to are people who don't have the power to do anything.
I'm very upset with my purchase. Frankly, I wish I got a Keurig, the headache isn't worth a cappucino every once in a while. I would immediately get rid of this for a Keurig if I could.

Apparently it's more important for Kraft to know that information rather than to get coffees to our retailers.

Very Very bad customer service. Very rude and who care how old my kids are???? Why do you need to know? Im just trying to get my coffee that was promised me. Wish I would have never gotten this machine?????
