I understand what you are saying Andy. In a sense you are correct; if you don't like something, just leave. But it may not be as simple as that.

I don't really have a lot of money, so when I spend money on an expensive brewer I expect that the business to whom I gave my money, will treat me with respect. I realize that Sbux left because of a difference of opinions. But Kraft should make sure that the varieties that currently do exist should be made available to us.

Regarding the din that comes from the cacophony of postings. I could be wrong, but it does seem as though the offering of coffees is just a tad larger that it was a few months ago. Perhaps our complaining has had some affect.

You bring up a good point Mjcallonjones ; ) Its very difficult to email Kraft and not be diverted to the Tassimo division/CS. We already know Tassimo/Gevalia CS just puts it on the table where it doesn't seem to go beyond. Must be higher stacks of suggestions on T's table than there are walls of Keurig K-cups. I'll scope out the net for global numbers and give that one a try. At least I have the ability during a phone call to say, Puleassssssssssseeee do NOT divert me to T-CS.
In regard to intervention from other member LOL. I love the analogy, and sit here chuckling. There is some validity for what you say. I think some of us are already checking out other brewers and if we have a lesson to take from our experiences it is, to research very well any company you buy from; know what you want, and what you can expect. But one thing I learned in life that is an even bigger lesson, if you give up, you don't accomplish a whole lot in life. We did have SBuxs for a while, even if this is not a preferred coffee for some. Best of all SBuxs was available on store shelves. It was a partnership not Gevalia and not MH. One of Kraft's CEOs mentioned in an article finding another brand to fill the SBuxs void. Hopefully, this brand will be a partnership and not Gevalia. Although it looks like its moving in G direction, due to the new bold G coffees coming up, we don't yet know what brand the Mochas slated for mid summer or Fall will be, but if those mochas turn out to be Gevalia then we will know for certain the direction Tassimo is taking. Sadly, like the demise of SBuxs and Seattle's Best, Kraft/Gevalia/Tassimo are not saying what brand, of course. They threw everyone a bone with their announcement of 3 Gevalia Bolds at a time where compensation of some sort was needed. I think the companies involved are very glad the furor is decreasing, as older members passionate about their coffees have moved on. I've seen this happen before as well. Not as great as the furor over Sbuxs leaving. A whole new clientale moves into the market by buying their Tassimos, the older ones have given up and moved on, and its like a brand new toy again. I can't help but wonder just how long the MLs and CNs that are now available on Amazon "will BE" available on Amazon. Or the kencos and Nabobs. There has been a pattern over the years to be able to purchase certain coffees, then those same coffees disappear entirely, or are sold only via DD, after a period of time has passes. Whereas the dreaded "sign up to notified when available again" appears on Amazon for drink choices that NEVER do become available again. Gevalia is basically a subscription service after-all. If it comes down to this then I will move on.

I too have had a lot of problems over the years Ive been with Tassimo BUT so far they have seemed to resolve most of them. Took some time and even a few letters to the BIG WIGS at Kraft Global Foods. I was able to find the names and address by googleing Kraft Global Foods. Never got an actual response back from the people I wrote to but did seem to all of a sudden solve the issues I was having at the time. Overall I am now happy with Tassimo. Will not miss the Starbucks pods cause I didnt like them to begin with but I would have like to see them replaced with something other than more Gevalia which all taste like mud to me anyway. My suggestion if your having on goind C/S related issues is to write letters to Kraft Global and bypass the regular C/S #'s for tassimo. I did receive calls from Kraft people not Tassimo. Cant really remember the numbers for them or else I would post them here I'm sure that somewhere in this vast network of Tassimo Direct Community someone has them so keep asking and I'm sure you can find them. If you want to stay with Tassimo KEEP COMPLAINING just not to the regular C/S number. If not them move on!!!!!!!!

This just cracks me up! :^O

I'll gladly take the abuse of the BrewBot anytime. Taking the abuse right now with my Carte Noire Kenya.

So, the new website is not sign of change and an attempt for customer service? Every time I've contacted Customer Service either via a phone call or email my questions and issues have been promptly resolved.

Did they blow it with Starbucks? Of course they did! Is it the end of the world? Not at all! There is simply not a comparable machine out there as smart as the Brew Bot.
The DG seems getting up there, but also has limited flavors and nothing else besides the Nescafe brand. Is the Keurig any good? Yes if you want 1001 flavors, but lacks the quality of the Brew Bot.

I do go to the coffee aisle frequently, and I see no hope in even considering any change. And that is realilty. ;)

PS. For those SBux lovers, you'll have to wait until next year to get K-Cups from SBux.

This is a relationship intervention. I know this is going to be hard to hear so you should have a seat and listen carefully. You need to leave this horrible relationship. Kraft/Tassimo treats you badly, abuses your loyalty, never listens, and apparently doesn't care about you, yet you continue to believe there is something good to look forward to and that you can change him. Despite all your efforts, the complaints, suggestions, the begging and pleading you are still not getting what you want. But you hang on, dreaming of a day when he will suddenly realize how much he loves you. You're still here taking the abuse, even though you know nothing is going to change. You've asked for wider choices and additional brands. . .nothing. You've asked for a refillable/reusable t-disc. . .not going to happen. You've asked for flavor variety. . .not even close. You've asked for simple customer service improvements. . .nothing. Some of you have even said you would break it off when/if Starbucks leaves. . .and you're still here. Stop driving yourself crazy, wasting your time and mental energy in a situation that will never change. Stop being so unhappy. He's no good for you! Leave! Stop threatening to leave ("I'm going to buy a Keurig. I will. Seriously, I will.") and just leave. Find someone who makes you happy; a mutually beneficial situation where you also get what you need out of the relationship. Don't be the pathetic girlfriend we all pity. Be strong and do the right thing. Take your business elsewhere. You owe it to yourself. One day, you'll bump into him in the coffee aisle and wonder why you were ever with him in the first place.

Your Friend,

Andy

P.S. You don’t mind if I call him, right?
