I've been a convert for about a week. I'm loving the coffee, tea, hot chocolate.
It may sound silly but I'm still getting used to the product not filling the cup. Yes, I know how to adjust it.
Why can't the specific vendors list the yield on the package. A restaurant wouldn't think of serving half a cup of coffee.
Also a family member apparently poorly replaced the disc tray...the lid wouldn't close. A blown up photo of how the piercer and disc tray go together would be helpful......just sayin! As a new user it's pretty much trial and error how those parts go together.

WOW! What a great tasting cup of coffee. Am rather irritated about how long I have been drinking mediocre coffee at home. But no more!!!!!!!!!
