I second or third Doug's comment.

The only place I've found to get a variety is on Ebay and then only from UK or Germany.

I enjoy Gevalia's seasonal flavors, but they don't come in a T-disc.

You left a whole lot on the table that needs to be addressed. First, you asked if how it would look if you did not pass requests along. The assumption here is that the hosts are passing things along; actually it’s my expectation that the hosts are passing things along. Perhaps there are numerous complaints because of the way Kraft/Gevalia is mishandling the manifold concerns. Secondly are you threatening us, the customers? Are you suggesting that Kraft/Gevalia would consider pulling this message board? Why, because Kraft/Gevalia is not happy with the comments that are being posted?

About the polls, the comment was that polls were taken several years ago and that there is no follow through with things. The intent of the comments was not that polls should not be taken, but that there should be more of them. Additionally the expectation is that Kraft/Gevalia should actually do something regarding the outcome of the polls. Generally polls are taken for a purpose, here there doesn’t seem to be any purpose for taking polls. Perhaps that is why Kraft/Gevalia stopped taking polls. What Kraft/Gevlia should do is to take the web site and allow us the ability to rate the coffee, such can be done at Keurig’s web site. Why shouldn’t consumers be allowed to rate and rank coffees. Again, I suggest that you look at Keurig’s web site to see an example.

Furthermore, sarcastic comments are the result of people being a tad more than perturbed. Nearly everyone who has commented has stated time and time again that we love our Tassimo ‘bots. The general notion is that there are many here who are quite annoyed with Kraft/Gevalia. We spend hard earned money on a well built machine, a machine that Bosche should be proud of, and we find that the variety of discs are hard to come by. Unlike Keurig, Tassimo discs are generally not available at retail stores such as supermarkets (there are some exceptions). Discs are available at some retail stores such as BBB, Target, and Walmart, but their selection is limited to Maxwell House and Gevalia. A larger, but still limited variety is available at Amazon. Tassimo Direct has the largest variety, but it seems that Tassimo Direct is fraught with so many difficulties that it would be foolish to purchase anything from them. Furthermore, the largest variety seems to be in Europe. The unanswered question is, why can’t those discs be made available here?

Lastly, it is interesting to note that the sarcastic comments are, “seen throughout the forums here.” If the comments are indeed throughout the forums, perhaps that is an indication just how many concerns there are. By the way, the concerns on this message forum are similarly reflected on Tassimo’s Facebook page. I hate to say this but if Kraft/Gevalia refuses to listen to the concerns of its customer’s, the comments just may be come shriller until things change for the better; either that, or Kraft/Gevalia may have fewer customers.

Please feel free to pass these comments along too.

The hot apple cider made for Keurig is very tasty! I wish they had it for Tassimo.

> I too would love to have hot apple cider!!!!!

Yeah, people have been asking for that for about four years now. I'm sure that Kraft will make just for you.

Hey wait, you can get hot apple cider for Keurig, and check out the ingredients: Dried Apples, Brown Sugar, Natural Flavors, Organic Malic Acid, Reb A (Stevia Extract)

OK, so here's the first problem with Keurig's Hot Apple Cider, the first ingredient is Dried Apples; no that wouldn't do. Then there's Brown Sugar and Natural Flavors. Natural Flavors, how dare they. What ever happened to good 'ol American artificial flavors. And Organic malic acid (to give it a tart flavor)... organic. There ya go, once ya start with natural flavors ya gotta really muck it up with that organic stuff. And lastly Stevia Extract, that sweetener that naturally comes from the leaf of the stevia plant.

NO, NO, NO, not in my Tassimo 'bot; only artificial flavors and sweetners for me. This will never do for Tassimo.

Really now, WHY even bother?

The poll at the bottom of this website was started in Nov 08' and apple cider is the leader. If 'they' haven't bothered doing anything in 2+ years, what makes you think anything will come of it now?

I don't want to be negative, but the proof is in the puddin...

That would be a nice addition, especially at this time of year. I'll pass your request along.
