I agree; that is the ONLY reason I choose Tassimo was because of Starbucks. I opted out of the most popular coffee maker, Keurig. I can't believe it!

Tokalo, I agree with you re Starbucks. It was the deciding factor for me. Then a month after I had my Tassimo I too found out that there would be a divorce between Sbux and Kraft.

You might want to try some of the crema coffees.

I had NO clue that they were getting rid of Starbucks!! I have been waiting for my direct delivery order since April...I finally called Tassimo to find out why and the customer rep told me that my order wasn't being delivered until my order was complete. I simply said, "Oh, how long until you get starbucks back in?" His reply, Not sure? He NEVER told me Starbucks was no longer with them!!! I found out a couple days ago when I went online to see Why my last delivery wasn't made yet again.... WE ARE MAD!!! The only reason we bought this freakin thing was for Starbucks!!!! I guess we will have a Tassimo burning party at our house!

Dont hold your breath, it aint gonna happen.

At present i am buying my Starbux Africa Kitamu t-discs through Bed,Bath and Beyond.

They have some in the stores but you are better off ordering it online. They have a prompt delivery service and so far ,its FREE shipping on t-disc purchases.

If it says "out of stock" for the item, you can call BBB toll free and ask if they expect another shipment.

It would certainly help if Kraft tried to bring on another premium coffee house brand like Starbucks. But it looks like Kraft doesn't want to compete with Keurig and satisfy their Starbucks customers with something compatible.

Stingray,

I agree with you. But I'm afraid that's not going to happen. The divorce was finalized in court. Sbux felt that Kraft was not promoting its coffee sufficiently. Within days after the divorce was finalized, Sbux coffee started appearing on shelves. Additionally, Sbux announced that it would be part of the Keurig line up.

Sbux has no motivation to become part of the Tassimo line up, and who can blame it. Kraft botched it. :O

I suggest that you try some of the cremas that are available at Amazon. Carte Noire (a Kraft company) has some good varieties of cremas. Too bad Kraft won't allow all of the Carte Noire and other European varieties be sold on Amazon.

We need more people such as you to become vocal.

What you need to understand Tonynia is "that other brand" has an cult following. You just lost the only reason why we came here in the first place. It would be to Tassimos intrest to get Starbucks back and get back really soon. They still sell coffee Darling...It is Tassimo that is not going to get the sale of it.

To the makers of Tassimo....Find a way to bring Starbucks back to your line of coffees. This is not a joke..this is the ONLY reason why I picked Tassimo over the others in the first place.

AMEN!!!

It is really so hard to do??? Wouldn't it be easier to bring those all of those Euro coffees here than to R & D three new Gevalia coffees?

Welcome to the fray. We need more voices to put pressure on Kraft. Speak up and often, tell them what you think and what you want. :)

It would be OK if we had more to choose from. I suffer from envy when I see two walls of K brand coffees. I did not get Tassimo to drink Maxwell House. Please, I want to stay but bring in Duncan and three or four other varieties, really new things to try and not just Gevilla. Thanks

Its very sad, isn't it. One wonders how much money the company spent in the massive Brew-bot give a ways; during the recent mobile exchange tours and also sweepstakes and games. I can't think of another coffee company out there that is actually passing their machines out like penny candy. If kraft has this much money to just pass out machines on the streets, then why the heck can't they spend less money importing more premium coffees to their long held customers? More coffee offerings is the key to drive up sales; sales for both machines and the coffees. Kraft would have more profit. Ok, passing out massive numbers of machines will definitely drive up coffee sales from the newby customers who got their freebie, "for a while any way". Its a short-term fix to get the Tassimo "out there"; known to the public [well, maybe]. However, this is not going to fix the existing issues -- CS or expansion of their line to non-G and MH. In some ways, their promotion can be seen as a "desperate" move to save the Tassimo line and/or maybe to get rid of surplus machines that are not selling or returned, refurb machines. Really a back lash after loosing SBuxs, and sales dropping massively. When it comes down to it, the promotion is really an insult to those of us who have paid money and invested in our Tassimos. They should at least offer us some kind of incentive, ie. passing out free boxes of european coffees to their customers who have been around for a while; a kind of thanks for us being there. Even a coupon would be nice for free coffees on amazon. A lot more cost effective than giving a way machines. In essence, it will be the drinks that are provided & available that will determine the success of any brewer on the market. All the G or MH that is available is not going to boost long term profit or desire for a Tassimo. And we already know only a few offerings from G will be made into T-disc form. If they offered the entire line still wouldn't change the sales for long term. But ya know, once a customer, well then you no longer matter any more.

I bought a Tassimo machine about 6 months ago for one reason - they had Starbucks. Now I can no longer find any remaining Starbucks pods, so I guess it's off to buy a Keurig machine. I'm seeing less and less Tassimo machines or coffee in stores, so I'm thinking it's a matter of time before Tassimo is no more.
