You should have gotten free T-Discs for registration. Check your e-mail to see if you got a confirmation.
The free mugs that are being discussed are part of the premium for signing up for the subscription Direct Delivery service. You can still do this. http://www.tassimodirect.com/Tassimo/join/join_index.aspx

Me too. I would have used Tassimo mugs, but instead I threw out the Gevalia ones.

Well, the terms do say that they reserve the right to substitute gifts of equal or greater value. That said, if you call Customer Service, they should be able to place a request for the black Tassimo mugs. I believe they send out the Gevalia mugs when they are out of stock of the Tassimo mugs because it is cheaper to send everything all at once and then deal with the small percentage of customers who call in to get the mugs they thought they were getting than to have to send everyone two shipments.

I received last month my welcome packet with all the variety samples and 2 mugs in the box. When I opened the 2 mugs box, I was sent substitute Gevalia mugs and not Tassimo marked as advertised. The note they included did state they were out of stock.
Question: I wonder if they ran out of stock, why didn't they just ship the Tassimo mugs in the future when stock was replenished instead of sending me Gevalia mugs? I don't like sending in, registering, etc., with the expectation of receiving Tassimo mugs then NOT receiving them. Boo! ">
