IM A DOPE.....I re-read the details.........I should know this since I order t-discs in multi pkgs from Amazon!
That being said, how dos their coffee stack up vs t-discs? Is the machine operation roughly the same? They seem to have lots of yummy sounding varieties to choose from............

It seems to be on par with t-discs. About $9 will get you a box of 16.

Not that I'm a fan of the Dolce Gusto machine...but are you sure you are reading those correctly...and it's not a 3 pack...which is more like 48 capsules?
The do the same thing with T-Disks...so I had to ask.

SMG, the $28 buckers is for (pack of 3) meaning "3 boxes" of capsules, each "box" containing 16 capsules of regular coffees or teas, so 48 capsules for $28 ; ) If you read the specs on the different packages offered on Amazon, then you will see the actual count ; ) Its around $26 bucks for a (pack of 3 boxes) for caps and lattes which means 3 boxes each containing 8 coffee capsules and 8 milks; for a total of 24 coffee capsules and 24 milk capsules. I go to Walmarts and buy single boxes of Vanilla Latte for $8.49, chococino at $9 something, Mocha at $9 something... I remember people misreading the Packs of 2 for Tassimo discs sold on Amazon & complaining about the price. But the wording on Amazon is terrible and it is easy to misread. I have to say, I also thought it was a funny looking machine when I was researching single serves. Yet I have to say in defense of the Creativa, the LCD screen is amazing as it walks you through the brews. Its really cool, like a little TV. It also brews quicker than the Tass. People who visit actually love the way it looks and especially the way the Creativa works. I like that this particular model actually brews the drinks automatically, much like the Tass. You still have leeway to add less water or more water, and the added benefit of saving the recipe to be automatic if the recipe turned out well.
