Thanks for sharing this with me, I never would have thought to ask for a certificate of analysis. I hate it when I anticipate a coffee to be great and when I finally taste it...not so much. That let down is like having someone come along and pop my balloon.
I also feel like my coffee is a gift to myself as I am the only coffee drinker at home. I just don't understand how my husband can live without it, he certainly cant live with me if I go without it ;).

>I prefer a mild coffee so I am not a huge SB fan; would you consider the Hawaiian coffee to be mild?<

It really depends on where you get this coffee. I find good quality Konas and Blue Mountain have depth. But there is also a smoothness with low acidity, so there is no bitterness or bite. If a roaster or coffee shop is advertising Genuine Blue Mountain or Kona, I ask to see the certificate of analysis. Only because especially in regard to Blue Mountain I pay a lot of money. But its my Christmas present to me once a year and I'm worth it ; ) A friend of mine prefers mild brews but loves the Blue Mountain I might share with her when I'm not being selfish.

Tassimo really needs to branch out and make relationships with companies outside of the Kraft company. Licensing agreements with some third parties would help increase the varieties of offerings.

I would also be thrilled to see the addition of Dunkin Donuts coffee, my favorites are the blueberry and hazelnut. I have always wanted to try the Hawaiian coffee but don't want to purchase a whole bag for fear that it would be a waste. I prefer a mild coffee so I am not a huge SB fan; would you consider the Hawaiian coffee to be mild?

I am an avid fan of Kenco and Jacobs coffees. I would LOVE to see Dunkin Donuts coffee offered here as well. Also, Hawaiian coffee from Kona would be a great addition!

I would love to see more tea varieties, as well. I love the espressos, but I also love tea and the tea made in the Tassimo has a wonderful flavor. I'll pass along your suggestions.

I've heard the same ; ) Starbucks has a really great variety of different coffees. I have to admit, I wasn't a SB fan in the past, but these are the only T-disks that were available for my Tassimo coffeemakers that is palatable to my taste. G and MH just doesn't cut it for me. Long story short, I acquired a taste for SB and have ordered directly from SB to sample their many different coffees to use in my Grind and Brew large coffee maker. I'd like to not have to pull out my large coffee maker to enjoy these flavors. I'm hoping Tassimo expands to include more of the SB offerings such as Kimodo Dragon [my favorite], Cafe Estima [my second favorite], Guatemala Antiqua, Kenya, Sumatra, Pike Place, Red East Africa Blend, Ethiopia Sidamo, and a much larger selection of Tazo teas. Also, the SB natural fusions coffee flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, and caramel. And I will say this again, our Tassimo users who drink decaf are really left out here. I don't drink decaf, yet I recognize the offerings are even slimmer for those coffee drinkers. SB makes a large selection of decaf coffees & lets not forget Tazo teas that could accomodate decaf drinkers too. Since Tassimo has already teamed up with Starbucks for a very few of the offerings, it shouldn't be too hard for Tassimo to add more SB variety to our choices, and would make many of us happy.

I think the fact that Tassimo has Starbucks is a great deal. It seems in research Starbucks has actually bought most of the all best coffee fields in order to take over the premium coffee market. (This was done fairly recently. Within the past 2 years or so.) Whether you like Starbucks is your opinion, but they do use very high quality beans more so than Dunkin Donuts...

I can add your request to my report. I've never had Lapsong Suchong. Where's that from?

Unfortunately, Tassimo/Kraft don't seem to take our comments to heart. Pretty much all the posters here agree with you.
