I find the Gevalia Breaky [where did you come up with Breaky anyway LOL] Morning roast larger brew is still on the weak side. Again, I tried, I am trying real hard to acquire a taste, but its just not working. Found it clearanced cheap last weekend so bought a package. You might add some depth by adding another stronger brew for a really large humungo mugful. I ended up mixing mine witha disc of SBux Columbian, kind of defeats the purpose but its much more doable, or drinkable ; )

I agree, k-cups are pretty much in all the stores as is Senseo, but I have to go to a specialty store to find T-discs, heavy sigh. Also, I like a large cup of coffee and the only brand currently providing discs is Maxwell. It would be nice not to have to double up, or hold the button for a (weaker) larger cup...

I agree with Bekka, I'd love to see them on store shelves. But I don't think that the topic of merchandising was covered in Krafts MBA program. Maybe next semester.

What many of us would like to see is not just MH & G on the store shelves, but also Nabobs, Kenco, Carte Noir, Mastro Lorenzo -- discs already available in the United States. Would be even nicer to see the wide array of european coffees added to the inventory. I'd be over the top happy with my purchases, if this were the case. Even without SBux.

i I live in Northern New Jersey and believe it or not some A&P's are starting to carry the Maxwell House coffees. They have the latte, regular coffee discs. Amazing!! The only other way I've been able to purchase any is online through Wal-Mart. They have quite a few flavors most Maxwell house and Starbucks. The only other place to order them is here on this site. I wish I had known how difficult this was going to be or I would have bought a Kreurig. My local Shop Rite has so many flavors it's mind boggling. This company was so busy trying to sell the units and had no planning in selling the discs. Very disappointing.

Host Stacy, my appreciation to you for posting. I think most of us here realize your roles as hosts are limited. It appears the hosts can only praise members' ideas for improvising in making drinks, or continually tell us to contact CS. That's really sad when on most forums hosts have a lot more leeway in being able to let the higher ups know what the customers want and offer their ideas for improvements. It has to be just as frustrating for you as it is for us. However, this does not negate the poor customer service the members are told to go to. Or, the lack of improvements not only in CS transactions, but improvements for options and drinks to keep the Tassimo dynamic. Tassimo upper management should be active participants on this forum, delegate an intermediary, and in the very least reading our posts & providing you the hosts with some feedback to give us; corporate should know how we feel. We haven't even been thrown a bone. If this feedback is going to ears in another country business, as I suspect it is, the business differences to attending needs in the US are quite evident. None-the-less, Kraft is the overseer and doing a poor job of managing distribution, a poor job of promotion. It is going to take more than handing out freebies to get Tassimo off the ground. Because when it comes right down to it, the brewers are only as good as what we can put in to it.

I've only been here for a short time, but there's more than enough 'unhappy camper posts' to get an upper managements attention. That is, if they actually gave a daymn.
Love the machine, but it's a good thing I didn't find this forum until AFTER it was sitting on my counter.

Hi rdbgator, Bekka and all,
We will continue to pass along concerns that are posted in the boards to the customer service department, however we (Sky, Tonynia, Jane and myself) are unable to address specific issues such as billing, accounts, direct delivery or availability of discs. Only customer service has access to that information and can respond to such issues.
Please call customer service at 1-877-834-7271 or email customer_service@tassimoUS.com.

Hi, I have been with Tassimo for 6 years and I sympathize with you. I myself do not always have time to sit on the telephone with a customer service rep. The problem though is that if you do not talk to them personally, nothing gets accomplished. Also be aware that on the direct shipments from them, you are ALWAYS charged before your order is pulled and shipped. It may take up to a week for them to fill your order and ship it out. If you have been double charged or are having problems with a shipment, call your credit card company and dispute the charge. That normally gets companies attention. As for T-disks in stores, not many of them carry them. I have found them at Bon Ton Stores (Herbergers, Younkers, Carson Pierie Scott, etc),Target, Wal-Mart (limited), Bed Bath & Beyond and you can order direct from Gevalia for some of them. Just be creative & look on the web. I do hope they come to my neighborhood HyVee though.
