For France and the UK, Kraft manufactures T-discs capable of brewing 3 cups of coffee at a time.

Knowing that MANY people like a large mug of coffee, latte, etc., why is no one making a t-disk that will accommodate? We need more ounces! And not watered down ounces. To use two disks becomes very expensive.

To answer your question, Maxwell House and Gelvalia both offer a 12 oz coffee if you are not picky about what kind of coffee you get

It still holds that europeans are offered T-discs that make 3 cups ; ) In that case that could give us a good sized mugful and make many of us very happy. So bring em over here Tassimo.

There is always the option of holding the button to extend the brew time, thereby making more coffee ...albeit not as strong?
I have used it in making caps to get a fill to half the cup, and then the rest with milk.

I would like to note that, like food or other beverages, coffee has a recommended serving size no matter if it is the Tassimo or your can of Maxwell House for the regular drip coffee maker. The T-discs make recommended serving sizes... and I think we get so used to having that big, warm, yummy cup of coffee in our favorite 18 oz. Eeyore mug (well, mine anyhow lol), we might not remember that.

The Gevalia Breakfast Blend pours at least 12oz. I do get 14oz on mine. If you like light roasts this one will be good; otherwise, you would need to use 2 T-Discs for a 16oz cup, which you would actually need a little bigger to hold 16oz.
Most T-Discs will pour 8oz. Espressos are 3oz.

Is there any brand of t-disc that brews a full 8-16 oz. cup of coffee? All I get out of the machine is about a half a cup. It is very dissapointing.
