Hi, robinson and welcome to the community. Which model do you have? The Bosch troubleshooting manual here, shows the removable parts as 8a, 8b and 8c. There are illustrations on how to remove those parts for cleaning.

You might also check out this site at eHow which talks about how to clean a Bosch Tassimo.
