Disregard the original post. I heard from customer service that the "website is currently undergoing maintenance and we are unable to access the system to assist you at this time". I was actually able to access the planner after several more tries. Thanks!
I am trying to use the party planner, but when I click on the button I get an error page saying the URL is incorrect, the site is having problems, or I'm not connected to the internet. Obviously I am connected, since I'm on the Tassimo site, and I can't imagine that every link on the site to the party planner is incorrectly coded, so can anyone tell me what's up with the party planner, and give me any tips as far as how to get to it?
