Tassimo has been busy changing around this Direct site and providing i-apps, perhaps they will get busy and work on improving their ordering system?????

I keep getting these nice email offers for free stuff if I order a certain quantity of product, then when I place my order they later tell me that one or more portions of the order is out of stock and my order will be cancelled in 44 days if they don't get the missing item(s) in stock.

I hate it when websites sell stuff they don't actually have, letting you place your order, THEN telling you to wait or cancel.

C'MON, MAN!!!

It appears CS has been hit and miss. There are people who have ordered for years and then experienced problems according to postings on all the forums, some who never do have problems, and some that have problems from the get go. Poker any one?

It seems that some have better luck than others. Hopefully, things will get better for all, but I'm doubtful.

I have ordered 4 times since I bought my first BrewBot back in November and while the delivery time is nothing like ordering from Amazon; I've had no problems at all with none of my orders. I am not subscribed to automatic deliveries and I only order when I need to.

The website seems extremely unreliable for placing or changing orders. I tried to change or cancel an item for days and it kept coming back as the original item. Eventually I got someone on the phone who was able to fix it.

I'm ok with the slow delivery because I was aware of it going in. I just grab something at BBB if I run out. I get Mastro Lorenzo in the mail and Starbucks at BBB...at least for now.

I have had nothing but problems with the Auto Delivery. It takes forever for the shipment to arrive once it finally ships. I have been waiting for the current shipment for almost a month now. It says it shipped on March 11th but when I contacted customer support they said it is being processed. This is probably going t be my last shipment. Just not worth the hassle.

I currently am sitting on hold for Tassimo customer service advisor (5 min. and holding) my order was noted to ship last week. each day after the date this product was to have shipped, it notes shipping todays date. Upon calling nothing has shipped and they are hoping to ship a week later???? Annoying! I would like schedule weekly shipments, large volume...but not sure that Tassimo has the ability to ship as scheduled. Back to Bed Bath and Beyond.

You say you like Seattle's Best, but I have NEVER seen it available for/by Direct Delivery. My Direct Delivery experience (as well as just regular Tassimo orders) have been dismal. The orders are EXTREMELY slow...often two or three weeks before delivery; the website says your order is shipped on the day you check it, every single day you check it; AND there are never any UPS tracking numbers given to track your shipment until AFTER the order has been received. I don't believe your "everything is wonderful with Direct Delivery" statement. It sounds manufactured as if you are posting for Tassimo Direct.

Welcome to Tassimo forum sjb. I see you just registered today so thought I'd welcome you aboard. Its so good to hear someone has been receiving DD for several years w/o any mishaps. But you guys are few and far between. Others, like yourself, have also been on DD for quite some time, and are recently experiencing issues. Either way, there will always be a need for DD either out of necessity or convenience for some customers. My thoughts are, if there was more local availability for those of us do not want to subscribe, it would free up CS to deal with DD customers better and maybe not have all these back orders and long waits. DD would not suffer if more t-discs were locally available, they may even thrive. Any way, its good that you have positive experiences and I hope it continues.
