That is because stores don't sell it as descaling fluid.
Instead, look for 'single cup coffeemaker cleaner'. Trust me, it's everywhere.

I found the descalling powder and disc at Amazon. Did not find any at Walmart or Lowes, but thanks I will keep checking. Hopefully this works and the Tassimo works again because I have pods of coffee to enjoy.

I've seen it (Dezcal) at my local supermarket.
I'm sounding like a broken record, I know, but now I get all my Tassimo coffee and suppplies from Amazon. Very reliable, fast, and I've never had a problem.
I actually use Urnex Cleancaf - I'm not sure what the difference is, but this product works for me, does a good job.

I agree with your post!!! Additionally, I ordered the descaling powder and discs March 22nd or 23rd. I received an email that said they were on back order and contact the company if I wanted to cancel etc. I called the company and was told to disregard the email, they had the discs in stock and my order was being shipped. It is now April 5 and I still do not have the descaling discs. I made a call and was told they were still on back order and the order of descalling discs that I was told was received, went to other customers and my order was never filled. I've used a tassimo for years but I am totally disappointed in Tassimo and will order a Keurig machine because the machine is useless to me.

Tassimo the Company needs to put 1 Packet of Descaling Powder in every New Machine. I discovered that when my RED LIGHT came on and I was prepared to Descale my Machine. There was NOT a Retailer around with "Tassimo's Descaling Powder" at all. You have to go online and order it from Tassimo and wait for it to be shipped. Meanwhile you can't use the Machine!!!!!!!!!
