Wacky Delinquent Billing for Direct Delivery - BEWARE!!

Out of the blue this past summer, I received a bill from Tassimo telling me I was delinquent in 3 different payments, spanning from 6/09 - 4/2010, saying I owed $66.83! I've never received a delinquent bill! I spoke with customer service and told them they were mistaken. The call went very sour on my end! They told me they were taking me off the direct delivery program (which I had already quit,due to receiving shipments outside of my schedule) and drop my acct. I thought that was the end of it! Now the bills are showing up again! My checks have cleared for all disputed dates and one invoice doesnt even match with their records...strange! Is anyone else having this problem? A mgr. is calling me back. They tell me my checks didnt clear, but they did! I'm getting copies! I shouldnt have to spend my time and efforts on this! This issue better be resolved quickly!
