I'd like to hear from someone at Tassimo on their take on the main issues spreading around the forums. If they'd just come out and say that they are aware of some of the issues....online ordering and customer service...i think most would understand. I think the lack of reassurance is what is bothersome. All I see are "hosts" who say, we'd love to hear from you...call us. Well most are having trouble with that. We just want our orders shipped or if there are order delays, then TELL US ("back ordered" always see to work). Simply moving the ship date out, tell me that there is something wrong.
