Although new on the forum and to the Tassimo machine I have this to say.
If tassimo direct is not working out for your subscription service - simply find another. There are others out there that have great customer service and deliver promptly.
No sense in beating a dead horse. If they are not going to listen and not going to change to your liking - simply find a vendor that does. I'm sure the new vendor will be happy to have your business. Eventually, tassimo direct will feel the pain if no one orders from them anymore - THEN when it's a matter of finances they will pay attention.
I LOVE the machine and get my coffee elsewhere. Problem solved.

I understand your concerns, I feel the same way. We do however need to also make the distinction that Bosch made the coffee maker, and it sounds like they may not have a whole lot of say what happens thereafter. When I searched Better Business Bureau a while back, the listing for Tassimo hot beverage system was listed as aka "gevalia". Also, it was not endorsed by BBB. I'm thinking the CS problems for ordering & for direct delivery -- parts, T-disks, etc come thereafter from Gevalia rather than Bosch. We have a heading on our forum web page to shop Tassimo for our parts and T-disks; is direct delivery & customer services Gevalia; I'm thinking so. Back to Bosch they made the coffee maker in good faith, not the T-disks. Similar to if we go shopping for a different make of coffee maker such as a Kitchen-aide or bunn, we don't hold those companies responsible for the coffee we are expected to buy later. Those businesses are not responsible for the availability or back log of the coffee we purchase. However, Bosch did make the coffee maker and it can only be powered by the gevalia proprietal T-disks to actually indulge in the end cuppa. In this case I'm thinking Bosch made the coffee maker "for" Gevalia/kraft; leaving Bosch largely out of the loop for what happens after. But I do agree, what happens thereafter is really quite sad due to the end companies responsibilities for meeting or not meeting customer satisfaction. I do think if persons wrote to Bosch directly that Bosch professionals would listen. Bosch may have some holdings? Bosch's customer service is not Tassimo-Gevalia/Kraft customer service. Have you tried contacting Bosch directly?? Again, I agree it must be very frustrating for those who have bought the Tassimo coffee maker and have had problems. It shouldn't be, when this coffee maker could have topped keurig any day with a little more promotion, a lot more selection, and good availability of T-disks. But that song has been sung for a long time now w/o very much action.

This is good to know. I'll be sure to pass this along.

I want to second the exasperation about Tassimo's customer service, but I want to make a distinction between the online operation and their telephone support. My experience with their online site has been grade D at best (wrong products, wrong delivery times, disappearing account, etc., etc.) I can't believe that a reputable company can have such a disastrous website in this day and age. Their telephone support, however, has been easy to work with and even, at times, remarkably helpful. Go figure! The only problem, of course, is that the two don't seem to be related.

Playing the devil's advocate here. I doubt that a relative handful of complaints on this forum would be enough to prompt Bosch a multi-national corporation to re-adjust their customer service.
I'm just saying, don't hold your breath.
I have a refurbished computer purchased online at woot.com a company that offers a single item each day and when they sell out the site displays a sold out message until 12am CST the next day. My point being that in a single day they sold over 900 machines at just under $400 each.
Since Bosch started producing our machine they must have sold many 1000's on a worldwide scale.
I have had reason to contact customer service several times and while I wouldn't rate the service with an A grade, I would give them a B-

Tassimo What Are You Doing To Fix Your Problem?

I would like you (Tassimo) to tell me what you are doing to fix your problems in ordering, shipping, customer service, etc. You have a serious problem. How many complaints are too many? What is it that will make you sit up and take notice. I assume as with all companies it is the dollars you bring in and possibly in this day and time bad media coverage. It is time to solve your problems. I truly like my Tassimo machine but I can no longer deal with your lack of ability to deliver coffee, by the way, which is essential to the machine working. I have gotten out my old coffee pot and it has been in service for about 4 weeks now due to the fact I have no T-discs. I'm beginning to think buying a new coffee pot and espresso machine is the way to go. Tassimo it's your call. Fix your problems.
