My WalMart Supercenter usually carries three selections, but I almost always order on line, since mostly I drink espressos and my DH generally drinks Henry's blend.
If you don't have the UPC codes, a call to customer service with an explanation can get you the information. It might even be better to e-mail them, so you get the information back in written form.
Contact information is located here under the Customer Service > Contact Us tab.

Our local super WalMart doesn't carry the Tdisks. So I asked them to start carrying Tassimo TDisks. The customer service rep told me I needed to bring in the UPC codes of what I wanted them to carry.
The Maxwell House Blend Tdisks at my local Target went up $1.50 since the last time I bought them (about 2 weeks ago).

I was walking thru the newest Super HEB (big grocery store, big!) here in San Antonio, and saw a display with a couple dozen of the TAS1000 machines, full retail of course.
HEB's variety of T-disks has been pitifully small. Maybe if they can sell a few machines . . . .

I don't believe they have ever carried the machines. In fact, if you check the store locator, you'll notice that more outlets carry only the T-discs.

Our Walmart has had T-Disc as long as can remember but I have never seen them sell any of the machines.

I was in a little place called Edgewood, about 30 or 40 minutes east of Albuquerque, and there is a Super WalMart there (so large it almosts dwarfs the berg). And they were actully carring T-disks, at least 2 Starbies, and some others.
Not here in San Antonio. And I've asked about it. You guessed it, "I know nothing." Sorta like Sgt Schultz!

Surprised no one has mentioned that Walmart is now carrying Keurig. It was in their Sunday newspaper ad last week. I know some WM have been carrying it - but it looks like it is national now.
Another death nail to tassimo? some may say yes...

That IS a really good price. Good find!

Our local Super Target must have a case of SBHB in the back somewhere, because I see them on the shelf at $7.04, which is the cheapest I've seen anywhere. Although that isn't my favorite, at that price I pick up a package whenever I'm there because I know it is only a matter of time . . .

The state of the economy is affecting lots of retail stocking decisions.
It helps to request products from retailers. If I'm looking for something in particular at BB&B, for example, and they don't have it, I always make a special request. Requests like that are noted and sometimes it can change how retailers order. If one person bothers to ask there are usually others wanting/willing to buy who don't bother to ask.

We've heard the machines are on sale, no one has said if the discs are. Anyone?

It will take more than luck Kris, as Target didn't sell the Suprema. Only the TAS1000. But if you can find one, it might be good to keep it in reserve just in case Tassimo does go away, however unlikely.
If you use bottled or RO water, the absence of the water filter won't matter. I removed the filter portion of my machine, and it sits in the closet. (Don't have to refill the tank quite as often.)

KrisG,
You said it well. I agree it would be great if someone 'higher up' would get online occasionally to answer peoples concerns. Our 'Hosts' do a great job but they can only pass on what is passed DOWN to them.
What I think I'm 'hearing' from this forum in particular is the unspoken question 'Is Tassimo going to stop production?' And I've wondered that myself since getting my machine. Let's face it folks the economy ISN'T great right now and many fave products may fall by the wayside.
I consider my Tassimo machine (Suprema) a LUXURY item. It certainly isn't a necessary item. People have been making coffee by traditional means for ever it seems. So I myself wonder how long Tassimo will actually continue to be sold (along with the T-Disks obviously).
Personally I'm just going to enjoy my machine for as long as it keeps going and I can obtain the T-Disks to use in it. I would HATE it if this product were to disappear but that's something I can't control. I just hope it continues to be there along with the Disks.
And tomorrow I'm going to my nearest Target store to see if I can find the Suprema machine for under $30 AND buy up every T-Disk in the store. In fact I may hit up several area stores.
Wish me luck!
