I you cant modify your shipment online give them a call they can adjust it for you.

most of the times I find the online system not working.

what I did I ask them to put my shipment frequency to the maximum time(26 weeks I think) and whenever I need a shipment I just phone in and ask them to adjust it again after my shipment.

so far it works for me.

Call them! This is an issue they can address. They can request a credit for the erroneous order. They will give you return instructions if you need to return it; likely, though, they will tell you just to keep it--for free.

I agree that people should use calling as their first method of contact. Tassimo customer service answers their phones seven days a week for long hours (until midnight I think) and the hold times are minimal.

However, often customer service can't do anything do to the awful system Kraft has set up with different outsourced vendors.

I just sent the following to customer service that I thought I would share here as well:

First, I've had a Tassimo for years and love the device and many of the coffee/tea products. But, I have suspended my order service because I feel I cannot control the shipping properly. Here are my problems with the current interface:

1. If I change anything about the order, it appears that Tassimo ships the order immediately instead of waiting for my next scheduled date. This is a problem. I need to be able to adjust my NEXT scheduled order.

2. I temporarily shifted my frequency from every 4 weeks to every 2 weeks back in early December. I then shifted to 6 weeks about one month ago. I am STILL getting my orders every 2 weeks. This is particularly a problem because that "every two weeks" order was special; I would like to adjust it, but I'm afraid to do so because I'm afraid Tassimo will ship me another order immediately.

I like the idea of this service, but feel I can't control it. I will need to return the order that was just shipped yet again "every two weeks" which was not desired. Exactly how I will return it is unclear. Anyone else have this problem?

Customer Service has been great to me using email and also the help of our Host mommy (((warm huggs)))). For some of us, the phone is not always the best mode of communication, this is why I love cyberspace. I'm hard of hearing, not deaf. I function very well when a person is in front of me and probably pick up even more subtle cues of what a person is really conveying than those with full hearing would. But the phone just doesn't do it for me. Although I have no complaints in any direction, I love my Tassimo(s)!!!! Either way, we can look at complaints in a positive manner too. Those complaints can flag areas that can be worked on or improved. First to determine if the complaint is valid, if so, then that area should be realistically addressed.

If you don't want the coffee call customer service and tell them it is unopened and you want to return it. When I have had a messed up order in the past I have asked how to return it and they credit my account. I don't think they have a system for returns so you wind up not having to make the actual return.

I wrote them today and asked them to cancel my account, since there is no way for me to do it online. I've had it with them. Any changes you make to your order will end up reverting to what they were before. I am one unhappy customer.
