I think many of us on this forum realized those brands of coffees are owned by Kraft. And even though they own those coffees and a few of those are actually owned by their subsidiary - Gevalia, what are the odds Kraft will distribute equally all forms of each to all the countries Kraft serves? I'm still trying to wrap my brain around why certain countries get certain coffees, without equal distribution?<img border="> This kind of rationing out of brands to certain countries only, makes absolutely no sense at all. It still remains to be seen if the company will invite other premium independent brands to the world of Tassimo. So far Kraft has kept the Tassimo division out of the limelight in terms of competing. Although it is said Keurig is their competitor, I don't recall many attempts on Kraft's part to even enter into any kind of competition.

If you dig deep enough, it appears that Kraft owns every single brand of coffee available for the Tassimo, and that includes Mastro Lorenzo (http://trade.mar.cx/CA621041)
, Kenco, Nabob and Suchard.

What do you think the odds are that Kraft will add another non-Kraft brand to the Tassimo? Not looking good in my book.

I'm currently happy with my Tassimo, but when the machine dies I'll have to really look hard at growth of the brand before I buy another Tassimo over the other single-serve machines. If, by then, there are non-Kraft brands available, or Tassimo has seen good growth via new buyers I may go with the Tassimo again. I'll enjoy my Tassimo with the limited brands I have now until that time comes.
