I have not received my tassimo direct delivery since 04/28/2010. every time I checked on my order the date kept changing for the delivery and was constantly put on hold. I have made six phone calls to customer service. Each time I was told that my order would be shipped that day. As of 07/03/2010 still no shipment and now shows on hold until 07/16/2010. I have had enough.

I agree with you, winston1076. When I first got my unit last Christmas, I was trying to use the Tassimo website to register it. I had some problems, so I made a phone call and the rep was very rude. I had to insist that she stay on the line while I found the various web pages I had questions about.

Also, ordering from the Tassimo website is very confusing! Last month I put my subscription on "Hold Shipments Until Future Date." When I realized my error, I tried to undo this action. A week or so later, I got a extra shipment. Now I've probably got enough coffee to last all summer. Maybe I'll try Amazon next time.

That's not nice. :( There have been some comments on here in the past with people that have had positive experiences. We just only tend to hear the bad. Good news isn't as popular as bad news... just watch the evening news for that.

I'm sorry to hear those kind of experience you had with the cs, I believe you can forward your complaint via email if you dont want to talk to them

however so far I never had this kind of experience with their reps, I find them very nice and hospitable, yes they are outsource from different country and they have accent but dont you think everyone of us here have accent too

I have had terrible ordering problems from this website. I like the idea of going with Amazon -- I think I'll do that in the future.

The customer service on here is terrible. I love my tassimo, but everyone who asks will get an earful from me in the future about their terrible phone/email manners and lack of resolution to issues.

yes, I have- if you try to modify your online order either by product or time intervals it totally messing the entire account up. This has happened twice to me. Not much selection to purchase locally where I live, so I am just stuck with the nightmare of too frequent intervals until I can get them to straighten out by phone. Not a good system at all!

Trust me.........it will get worse before it ever gets better..............their CS dept is the pits. They are clueless, uninformed, low wage people from across the ocean..............sad but true...

I just called to ask about my order as it is now later than usual arriving. I was informed that there was no existing order for me on file. I thought this was odd since I went through the enitre process of ordering from their website, confirmation and all. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with my order from Tassimo. I have been ordering from them for a few years and only now do I have problems. Customer service can't seem to give any clue as to why this is happening and now we are completely out of coffee and have to make a trip to BBB which doesn't carry all the varieties. I ordered once from Amazon and received my order in a couple of days. I am seriously considering never ordering direct from Tassimo again and sticking with Amazon.

Any one else having this issue?
