I've had the same experience, except that I was able to talk to a real person (not a knowledgeable person) after 2-3 minutes of holding so that I could cancel my subscription service.

Has anyone had trouble getting responses from customer service? On Tuesday, I sent customer service a simple question. A few moments later, I received an auto-generated response promising me a reply within 12 hours. Needless to say, no such response arrived. Last night, I tried calling customer service. The recording stated that the waiting time to speak to a representative was 2 minutes. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I finally gave up. I then sent another e-mail to customer service, for which I did not even get the auto-generated response. A few moments ago, I followed up with still another e-mail, attaching copies of the messages described above. Of course, I received still another message promising a reply within 12 hours!

This is not exactly a way to build customer loyalty. Is my experience isolated, or have others had similar difficulties?
