I have also had this problem with 3 different coffee replacements and each one was worse than the last. This morning the coffee pod blew up and coffee grounds were everywhere. I have had enough with thsi coffee maker. It is my 4th replacement and my last.

I am having same problem with the milk. Most of the time the milk spills out into the disc holder. I also find that not all of the milk comes out of the disc. Any suggestions.

I left you a posting with a maybe answer in a different thread ; ). But members have said they just press the button for extra water to dispense all the milks.

I am having problems with the milk not dispensing properly (sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it doesn't). I've replaced the piercing unit, descaled and cleaned unit with the cleaning disc and I clean the piercing unit after each use and it didn't./doesn't help. I've tried shaking, not shaking, etc. and it doesn't seem to make a difference. This is frustrating because everytime you take the milk disc off, the milk bubbles out and ends up burning me and makes a mess. Any suggestions would be helpful!
