Yep, have to contact customer service. This part is listed no where on the internet for purchase. Be interested in knowing what the replacement cost is for this item when you find out, hope you will share.

When the memory dispaly unit stops working where do you find one. I understand you can not replace the battery and have to buy a new unit. Am I right?
