So I got my order yesterday morning, 6 business days. Not the fastest I would expect, but worth the wait on the awesome deal.

I'm not jumping ship until I see how Kraft responds. Actually, I have to admit I didn't try the expresso straight up from the DG. Only in caps and lattes form which I love, and I loved the dark roast/grando intenso, then the Lungo, and the peach tea. Oh Yummie, the mocha too. Actually I won't jump ship until I see what kraft does. I've got time. I'm also hoping they will come through for us and want to stick around and see. There is always a chance that during arbitration SBuxs and Seattle Best might agree to supply T-disks under their own terms. I've got my fingers crossed ; ) And yes, maybe now Kraft will bring those european coffees to our supermarkets. Maybe expand a little more. Some more teas, and of course decafs. If Kraft doesn't come through, then I will buy a DG Creativa to make the specialty drinks, and use my grind and brew for my coveted Blue Mountain, Kona, etc ; ) I won't buy another machine if Tassimo doesn't come through for us, until the Keurig-Lavazzo machine is on the market. That will be one dandy do it all coffee maker. But I would still rather it be Tassimo, come on Kraft.

I signed up a while ago with Amazon auto-delivery of SBux. When they they tell me they no longer can fulfill my orders, I'll know the canary has died. (hasn't happened yet)
Still looking into a different machine - no one of them has everything I'm looking for -big surprise
Waiting a little while to see what might hit the market.

For everyone who is considering jumping ship to the Nescafe machine, I have to say....maybe try one out somewhere first, if you can.
i bought one before I got my Tassimo. i primarily was interested in espresso, and let me tell you...it was a complete let down. i just thought the flavor was subpar, and since that was the only espresso variety they sell here, i decided to take it back.
similar to the Tassimo, Nescafe has total control over the capsules that are available, and similar to the Tassimo, you are limited to what is available in the US, while other varieties that could be really good are only available in the European market. i asked via customer service if Nescafe had any plans to bring the European varieties over here, and they said no, not at this time.
the Nescafe machine did a fine job at caps and lattes, but that was about it. To me, the Tassimo does just as good (albeit with a little less foam) AND the espresso is far and away better than the Nescafe machine. After getting my Tassimo, I had the opportunity to try an espresso from a Nespresso machine that a coworker has, and while I thought the espresso was really good, I did not think it was any better than the Mastro Lorenzo espresso i get from my Tassimo.
I think it stinks that Starbucks will be leaving, but only in terms of variety, for me. I've tried a couple of their coffee pods, and I thought they were OK, but to me, I find that the Nabob is better, and even the Maxwell House French Roast is pretty tasty. The Carte Noire Kenya and the Mastro Lorenzo Crema are also really, really good.
The problem with those varieties is that while they are some of the best, the only way to get them is from Tassimo directly (or sometimes Amazon)...there's no running down to the big box store to grab them when you run out.
My hope is that this parting of ways with Starbucks (along with the news that Keurig is working on a do-it-all machine) will light a fire under the behinds of the Tassimo folks and they'll step up and finally deliver on all of the promise that this machine holds.
Ball is in your court, Kraft...

Information I read elsewhere is this baby will not be exorbient priced but will be priced competively with other single serve machines. However, I'm on the band wagon here and will gladly wait till its on the market, hoping it might be introduced before 2013. I'll finish up what coffees I have invested in Tassimo, sell the machines if I can find someone locally to buy them [I do not want to risk shipping], and pull out my grind and brew for the interim. I might even buy the lower end Dolce Gusto for my specialty drinks for the time being. If I can't sell my Tassimos locally, including the new unused filters I have purchased, I'm contemplating if there is any recourse for getting dollars back for my Bosch Tassimos, even if both are just now a year old. Maybe take it up with Kraft etc. that I have machines that are wrongfully advertised to brew promised brands that are the primary reason I invested in two machines. Now those coffees/tea have been extincted, done away with, and other brews can only be bought via subscription which is misleading to the customers. That is indeed a hook. Gotta be something we can do? At this point, even if Kraft were to bring over european coffees, I am disgusted with how the company has treated its consumers these past years. They can cater to their european customers all they want, and just lets see how it goes when Lavazzo-Keurig becomes available in those same countries. Foresight and vision is important, listening to the customers is important, but the vision in tassimo was narrow.

Friend of mine has a Lavazza machine. Holy crap is that thing nice. Don't believe MH or G make any of their pods either. But for $700, I'll hang around here with you people and discuss what the future holds... lol

I heard we can't use the T-discs for the Pro models in our home models. Sure doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I believe Keurigs professional models use the same discs, but then again when has Tassimo ever been fair.

Did you know that the Tassimo Professional line has 2 T-Discs 'Rain Forest Allience' Breaky Blend and Colombian.
I also work in an office, why can't I buy it for my Brew Bot as home?
BTW, the discs are not compatible with the Home Brewers.

So Lavazzo and Green Mountain Keurig are indeed co-developing a single serve coffee brewer that can do it all. Thought that may happen but its going to be a while before its on the market. Wow, variety will be possible with more availability in a machine that may use capsules and k-cups. How slick is that? Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Too bad, this could have been Tassimo http://www.singleservecoffee.com/archives/033659.php#

Yeah, and going to wait to see if it really happens before I would take the plunge ; ) Who knows if SBux's comes through with SBux single serve that may be the one to wait for. Or, perhaps Keurig will team up with Ily or another good coffee brewer manufacturer. We got time on our side

If Nescafe (who I believe owns Nespresso) opens their capsules to retailers and manufactures, then I may be worth looking at.
It would be interesting if SBux with with these folks to brew their caps and lattes. That would make me take notice.
