leesrt, have you contact Customer Service to see if this is a common occurrence with the size cups you are making? Or perhaps if this is a machine problem?

Their number is below in my signature if you want to give them a call.

This won't necessarily help you and I wish I had the answer you need, but my coffee(s) from the T-65 & the T-45 come out hot. Too hot to drink right from the spigot. Thankfully I love half and half, so gladly cool it down with much more than a splash of half and half lol. I have to say the regular coffee I make is SB Africa Kitamu. I'm not much on the other regular coffees available except for Jacobs Monarch. The Kitamu makes a larger cup of coffee than other T-disks and its a good taste in my opinion. So I'm wondering if the brand of T-disks might make a difference or if the smaller cups resulting from most T-disks just go cooler, quicker, especially when waiting for the dial to go yellow or the last drips ; ) I've been dying to get my hands on Carte Noire Kenya and/or Voluptuoso. Haven't tried either yet

Has anyone noticed that when you make regular coffee (Bosch T-65) the coffee comes out on the hot side of warm. I make a cup and if I add milk it's room temp when I drink it. BTW, I only add a small amount of milk to just lighten the color.

The expressos come out ok, especially if I add the milk disk. It seems like the part that makes the drink hot is the milk Tdisks and not so much the coffee.
