The Suchard hot chocolate is nothing too impressive, imo. The automated machine at a Wells Fargo makes way better. The Milka hot chocolate I already know I won't like due to the use of what originally was going to be an insecticide Splenda.
Fortunately I'm not too much of a hot chocolate drinker but for the recipient of this Tassimo she was all about the hot chocolate. The Tassimo has turned out to be more of a Christmas gift to myself..

AWESOME!!! I didn't know if it caused inner glucky stuff to come out, but just ran one (after a normal cleaning cycle) and it's crystal clear. Swiss Miss fat free hot chocolate... here I come!!!

You can use the "cleaning disc" if you just want hot water.

Same here - neither Milka nor Suchards is good enough for the price - I like Swiss Miss Fat Free better & it's soooooo much cheaper!!
Wish we could just run the Tassimo for heated water for that purpose.
Chai Latte is OK, but Oregon Chai sugar free concentrate mixed 50:50 with skim milk is better IMO.

I've tried both and I'm not pleased with them. I did use both Suchard and Milka and then the milk and that was ok. Just not what I thought it would be. I loved the Chai latte though

I also just got my Tassimo this past week and am quite pleased with it.
I have the Suchard hot chocolate and am hoping that the Milka is closer to the hot chocolate I would prefer. Suchard had an evaporated milk taste to it that I don't care for, and it is not as chocolate as I would like. I don't think I will purchase more Suchard.

A lot of it is taste preference. From what I've read on review sites and seen here, folks that love Suchard are often folks that love the packaged hot chocolate that you simply add water too. Not as creamy, but a good hot chocolate flavor.
The people that like Milka often tend to be folks that like creamier, more chocolaty, milkier hot chocolate.
Honestly, you should give both a try and see which you prefer.

Hi, just got my Tassimo this past week and am loving it. I purchased just a few different discs to try including the Milka Hot Chocolate.
I'm wondering if anyone who has tried both the Milka and Suchard hot chocolates can give me their opinion on the two. Thanks.
