I believe the "no return" means at a Linens n Things. I would hope Tassiomo would stand behind their machine if it has an issue. I find my coffees to brew strong, just the way I like it. I have to add water to it for many of my guests. Good luck!

I'd say, like the others, try a different coffee, first, it could be you don't like the one you have.
If those are coming out the same then I'd use the number Sky left to see how to go about a replacement.

First of all, Nespresso and Tassimo are different machine and target different users. You won't find the same crema, aroma, and mouth feel from Tassimo. I have both Nespresso and Tassimo and I always think Nespresso makes much better espresso and espresso based drinks. Period. But I won't compare a nespresso lungo with Starbucks Cafe Verona. One is a banana and the other is an apple. My suggestion is to try somthing else. I don't like the Gevalia ones, neither. My personal favor is Kitamu. I suggest you to try the regular coffee instead of the Tassimo espresso because none of them come close to Nespresso.

You don't mention how large a cup your machine is brewing. A weak coffe is not produced with my machine. You may not like the Gevalia product because your first three experiences mentioned were all Gevalia and I believe the same grind and blend is used in all 3 drinks. I might suggest a Seattles best blend. With the exception of the Starbucks , I don't think a simple solution of reducing the brew size is the answer.

I didn't see anything on the FAQs that addresses this question, and I can't return it because I bought it at a Linens n Things that is closing. The receipt clearly says No Returns or Exchanges.
Uh oh, now what?

I find the coffee from the Tassimo usually on the strong side, especially the Starbucks brand. You can look over this section.http://www.tassimodirect.com/Tassimo/cust/faqs.aspx Since the machine is new; I would probably just replace it.

Am I Doing Something Wrong?

Just got my Tassimo last week and I have to say that so far I am a bit unimpressed. I've tried the Gevalia Espresso, Gevalia Latte, Gevalia Cappuccino, and Starbucks Cafe Verona. They all taste quite weak and watery. The ones with milk taste only like warm milk and have hardly even a hint of coffee flavor.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this what Tassimo coffee tastes like? Is there something wrong with my machine?
Admittedly, I am a strong coffee aficionado. My former machine was a Nespresso unit, but I wanted something that was more versatile so I went with the Tassimo.
Please help!
