Especially when a member here on our forum ordered coffee T discs from the UK and received the order in one week. Now that's good business sense!!!!!!!!!!!

I recommend you order you coffee from Amazon.com. They tell when it is in stock, they ship promptly, and there is no charge for shipping if your order is over $25.

I love The Tassimo machine and the coffee it makes. I just don't understand why an order from TassimoDirect takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. No longer doing business with them.

I would either call or send them an e-mail, it sounds like something may be on backorder. Ten days is way too long for an online order to ship!!!

wow, i thought that my order was on its way. i keep chrcking with the ups tracking number and it says that it is ready for shiping. it still hasnt left tassimo warehouse. Its been 10 days since i placed my order. Im really starting to loose faith in the direct delivery, 10+ days is alittle bit to long .

Sure- I never got my system through the webiste, I bought mine on-line at Bed, Bath and Beyond. All you need to do is click on the "Direct Delivery" tab, then follow the onscreen directions. Have you registered your machine? If not, do so- they will send you 2 free packages of discs with your first Direct Delivery. I even got 2 free Tassimo togo coffee mugs.

I would like to know if there is a way to sign up for direct delivery, without buying the brewing system. I've already purchased my system, but love the idea of direct delivery. Any suggestions?

Friday appears to be the magic ship day!I called customer service yesterday and was told my order was in process and would ship shortly. I got home this morning from work and checked on my account and have recieved a tracking number. On a side note the lady whom I spoke with on the phone was real friendly and helpful. So I guess either its hit and miss or yesterday was my lucky day!!

True and maybe they don't follow the only ship on Friday rule. I also wanted to note that they carry more than just G and MH coffees on their site. I got a couple of Carte Noires that I am looking forward to!!!

Nice Tip.
PA is a lot closer to DC than TN.

For what it's worth, I ordered from Gevalia.com hoping for a quicker shipment. I still had to badger customer service for info and they informed me that one of my items was backordered. They offered to ship the available items immediately and send the other when it became available. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least because Tassimo has never offered to do that. Sure enough, I asked for a tracking number and they gave me one (I still think they should do this without the customer asking). I tracked the package on the UPS website and was fully expecting to see the dreaded "billing info received" status. but the order had actually shipped and was in-transit (on the day they said it would ship)!!! Another thing that I noticed was the items from Gevalia are coming from PA, while the orders from Tassimo DD come from TN. Who knows, there may be something to this, especially for those that hate how long it takes DD orders to ship.

I purchased my Tassimo on Dec 3, 2010. My reason I chose Tassimo over Kreurig was company reputation, and many positive comments. I have been searching for a really good cup of coffee, and have found it but.....
My experience with customer service is so dissapointing. I registered my machine and placed my request for the 2 free types of coffee--, I found out after placing my order for the direct shipping 1 of them was out of stock thru an email, I called as they requested and made a substitution in the direct shipment order and kept the free order the same, ok, I understand (I'm being told it should be available in Feb). Things were looking up, then the problems started.
At this point I am waiting patiently--hoping I could have a nice selection for my Holiday guests. On Dec 23 I called to see if I could get an account number to see if anything had been shipped etc. ( no emails yet) the customer service rep that answered my call was not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!
She couldn't give me my account number, I would have to wait for my shipment to arrive which could be 1 to 2 weeks. I asked what if it comes to the Jan shipment and I still hadn't had a chance to try what I ordered in Dec. I would just have to wait. She didn't understand that 2 weeks from the day of our conversation would be when the Jan. shipment should be shipped. She couldn't change anything so I could get my coffee any sooner etc...
Today I called, I now have my account number, I made a change in the order and was told it would be sent out. To be seen.
With the limited selections, poor service, slow shipping I am wondering if I made the wrong choice. To top all of this off, I spent almost 1 hour on hold waiting for customer service.
I hope things get better, or customer service improves.

Looks like several of us are having the same problem--I hope it can be fixed.

Coffeeforless shipped my order after 3 days. On the way.

I love the T20, and I can see the concept is superior to what others are doing.

At the same time it looks as if Tassimo might be shooting itself in the foot in a variety of ways. I hope they are listening to thier customers.
