I'll make sure to add the errors to my report and flag it upwards.

Have either of you tried FireFox? Sometimes that browser gets around problems with IE.

I have tried for three weeks to change my order and have had no luck. I also am receiving a page error at the bottom of the tassimo page.

Thanks for the ideas. I had tried IE separately (knowing that sometimes AOL is a problem), but had the same result. Today I tried again....still won't work and I do have the current version. But I did notice at the bottom left corner that it said 'error on page', but even clicking that doesn't give me specifics. Nothing is blocked, and it's accepting cookies from tassimo.
Oh well...

Google Chrome is a great new browser and its really fast. There are a few bugs with some web pages, though.

Welcome to the forums, rronken!

If you have already reported this to them and they were fixing it, then the only other suggestion I have for you is maybe to try using a different browser when ordering. For example, if you use Internet Explorer through AOL, try it outside of AOL. Or if you use an older IE, upgrade to a newer one. Or try out Firefox. I think Google even has a new, free browser out there.

I haven't tried to in awhile but I went on today and switched around some coffees. I tend to do 1 thing at a time. Such as only reschedule the date then hit submit. I have trouble when I try to do too many changes at once.

Has anyone else had problems adding, subtracting, or changing their direct delivery order on the website?

I tried for 3 weeks to adjust my 2nd direct delivery, and it wouldn't allow me to change, add or subtract anything. It would only let me change the frequency. I did finally call in to have it adjusted, and they said it was the first they'd heard of the problem and it would be fixed (although I'd sent an email). Two weeks later, and I still can't change anything. Any tips?
I love the machine, but I'm on the computer so much that I prefer adjusting each order online rather than calling.
