File a complaint with The Delaware Better Business Bureau I was having the same problems and I got results had my product in 5 days . We need to all band together and they will have to get better customer service. check out my other post I have corp names and #'s to contact

perhaps one of the item is discontinued already if thats the case your order will never be ship !

what kind of customer service does kraft has... i keep on tracking my order for a couple of months and until now even 1 item from my order is still pending... no tracking info provided, no specific kind of item that they can relay on what really the items are in back order... they sent me a letter that they are sorry that one or multiple items from my order is not available and if within 44days if order haven't receive, it will automatically cancel! THAT'S A POOR SERVICE THAT THEY ARE PROVIDING... what's the use of the postcard they are sending if they will not inform us what is the name of the product that they cannot send and they are not shipping a partial order! they are the only company that i encountered that they do not even know the unavailable item from their products... i cannot blame the customer reps saying sorry that they dont have the list for the back order items... I have had 2 Tassimo machines for 2 years. When we first purchased the machines and joined the forum, the discussion was the terrible customer service. Nothing has changed since then. I have never seen a company ignore so many complaints about ordering and shipping. Nor do they come out with more flavors/blends, etc. which are requested. In an economy such as we are all experiencing, you would think that companies are aware that customer service is what sets them apart. I have decided that based on the total lack of customer service I will not purchase another Tassimo to replace either of my machines.

Welcome to the forum, where we consumers can commiserate about the horrible organization of the Tassimo program!

However, we can also give advice. Since you have the brewer--which is the most important thing--you can go to Target, Walmart, or Bed, Bath, and Beyond retail stores to purchase T-Discs. Amazon.com also carries a selection of T-Discs.

We all share in your frustration.

Tassimo customer service is non-existent. I placed an order nearly one month ago, but Tassimo refuses to ship it as there are items on backorder. So, I therefore, have a coffee machine without coffee. I asked to have the items that are available shipped ahead......sorry we cannot do that.....I asked if I could PAY to ship those items ahead....sorry we cannot do that......I asked if I could change my order.....sorry we cannot do that......Can I cancel my order......not even a sorry.....NO....when it is available we will ship it to you and you can refuse it......now that's cost efffective.........I have even written to Kraft, which owns Tassimo.....I received a lovely form letter basically saying.....sorry we cannot do that........

Customer Service...I don't think so...........
