CS checked my account and they do see the Chai Tea on my next order. I asked about the website and they said that they are updating the website and they are having problems. I recommend people call CS for their orders instead of using the website until they are done fixing the problems.

Chai Tea Latte from TassimoDirect

Anyone else having a problem with Chai Tea Latte and TassimoDirect? I have it as part of my recurring order but it keeps disappearing. I added and in 2 or 3 days it goes away. I did get my recurring order last week and the Chai Tea Latte was included in the Oder. I guess I can leave it off and see if it gets delivered with my next order. Anyone else having this problem?
