this happen to me once, they said they cant cancel it coz its not yet showing on their end, reps told me that their system updates after 24-48 hrs which is too late already to cancel the order as what reps told me, she advice me to just refuse it and they will refund it for me, I just dont get it why go on the trouble of sending the shipment to me and me sending it back when they can just cancel or stop it from being ship in first place
