The direct delivery seems worth the wait to me for the coffees you can get on there. I get the carte noire voluptuoso, kenya, espresso, mastro lorenzo crema and espresso, and the sbux africa kitamu. All these not available at any stores I've been to. My wife can get her sbux cappuccino primo in stores. For what I order it seems worth waiting as long as I stock up. Admittedly I've only received one delivery but the quality of these coffees is too good to ignore the tassimo direct option.

I'll get back to you once I've experienced delays and back orders...I would get the sbux columbia while waiting because I also LOVE that one.

Looks like I'm sticking with BBB and an occasional order from Amazon.

Doug, you will be happy with both of your selections from Amazon. The Kenco medium roast and Jacobs Kronung both brew a very nice cup of joe!!! Let us know what you think.

Gevalia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kraft. Meaning more than likely due to being based in a foreign country, although they are under Kraft, Kraft may allow them to run their business as they always have. If you read reviews re: Gevalia, including complaints, you will see Tassimo and Gevalia CS is really not all that different. More than likely, Gevalia is the stronger company of Tassimo DD, if not one & the same. If you read online reviews G CS is similiar; pretty much hit and miss, with some winners thrown in. However, since G distribution points in the USA have been established longer it might be somewhat quicker. Well at least here and there ; )

Seattles Best Henrys Blend, Nabob Columbian, and the Kenco Medium are my 3 favorite beverages for the Tassimo. unfortunate that the Henrys blend is not available right now, and TD is out of stock on the Nabob.

I noticed, but have not ordered from yet. that Gevalia has its own website and that pods (most of the euro options) can be purchased through them. This includes Jacobs, Kenco, Nabob, Twinnings, and of course Gevalia. I have not ordered from them to be able to tell you if the experience is any better, it really cant be any worse.

Today I picked up SBux Columbian and Verona. They were the only two that I could get at BBB. Later I placed an order for Kenco Medium & Jacobs Kroenung with Amazon. I've heard so much about Kenco and Jacobs that I thought that I'd have to give them a try. But after all that I've read about Tassimo misDirect, I won't buy from them.

After today, I'm not buying either MH or Gevalia, I was not impressed with either.
