4 times is a charm -- I got a 4th machine and it's working great. I suspect bed bath n beyond may get quite a few machines back after xmas.

I've been using a T20 for 8 or 9 months now, and never have had a problem.
This seems very unusual, three bad ones in a row. Sounds like a quality control issue at one of the manufacturing plants.

Hi, I must be doing something wrong, but cant imagine what it would be. When I follow the initial setup procedure, running 5 cups of hot water through the machine, on about the 3rd or 4th cup, the water stops flowing from the spout, and starts running out the bottom of the machine. Which then shorts out the electronics, and throws the breaker. I called Tassimo on the second machine and they said it could be the water being too hard or soft. It seemed like a stretch, but on the 3rd machine I ran only bottled water, and it did the same thing.

I bought my daughter the exact same machine a few months ago and set it up for her in exactly the same way and had no problem at all. But I can't imagine 3 different machines are defective? Especially since I got the second machine from a different location. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!
