From "Placed the order a few days before Christmas" to delivered a few days before New Year's?
A week (+/-) from order to delivery including a major holiday?
Check the actual shipping date. Could it be that the notification of shipping actually was made after the shipment was made?
Last time I ordered, I got the "Notification of Shipment" notice on the same day as the package was delivered.
Only delay was in notification, not in processing or shipping.
In any event, you really cannot complain about a week from order to delivery, especially with ground shipping (and especially if it's free  )

Take a number! There are many ahead of you .. LOL
I would give them a break if Christmas would of fallen on a business day; but it was on a Saturday, the only ones that can claim the Christmas Break issue is the FED. LOL
I am not complaning; I am just expressing my dissapointment. If I would of known that it is going to take close to 10 days to get my order I would've gotten from the ones that do business even on Christmas. 
This is a Buyer Beware type of thing.

I got 25% off.
I got free shipping.
They shipped the full order.
They shipped within a week, but it took six days (including the Christmas holiday ~ the nerve of some people wanting a break, too).
Holy smokes, where do I line up to complain!

6 days to process an order? You find that acceptable for an online retailer? That is not counting the days that will be spent en-route.
And no; I did not order on my last 2 T-discs, I have plenty to last me weeks; but that doesn't make it acceptable to me.
Next time I rather order from Amazon an get it in 2 days. That means my order gets shipped the same day I purchase, even on a Holiday. As long as one has options we are good. If Tassimo doesn't recognize that 6 days is a problem for them; others will take their business in a hearbeat.

I believe that Kraft wants to control the sale of its coffee. It stands to reason that if Kraft, through TD, sells a package for $8.99 and if you can buy the same package for $8.99 through Amazon, Kraft loses money - it makes less profit. Additionally, I think that the income that it would earn from supermarkets would also be eroded by the income that it would have to share with those supermarkets.
That being said, as an online retailer it seems that TD really doesn't know what it's doing. Unfortunately, the folks at Kraft may end up shooting themselves in the foot. Too many loyal Tassimo devotees are becoming frustrated at the current situation. Some have left to purchase Keurig machines, others have begun to contemplate that decision.
It's a shame because Kraft doesn't seem to understand this.

I was just wondering what exactly is the problem people have had with TD but was too lazy to search the forums. If they take away a brand you like i can see that being a possible problem but if it's the speed of processing and shipping that has people frustrated, then how about just ordering sooner. I mean if I know that they're slow i'm not gonna wait til i'm down to two packages, i'll order when i have 4 packages left. I know i know people want options.

Hey Tassimo Inner circle; can you tell me why it took 6 days to ship my order?
Placed the order a few days before Christmas and it just shipped out today? This is not what I would expect from any online retailer. I can get it in 2 days from Amazon with free shipping via our Prime subscription.
Very Dissapointed about this!

This offer still valid.. However, I am dissapointed that the SB Colombian is not included in the offer.
