OK!! Has anyone sent their machine back for repairs?????My machine has been gone for a month and no one seems to have an answer for me at the help line. I did use my machine everyday for a year and enjoyed it VERY much. I want my machine back!!!! Does it take this long????

I love how this group as come together to share their Tassimo experiences.
With the new year fast approaching what resolutions are you making and which do you think you will keep?
One that I'm making this year is a direct result of my participation on this board. There is such a great selection of pods, I'm planning to buy extra of each. Then when I have to make up a basket as a gift to another member of "The Tassimo" family, I can just add the pods to the gift.
